Stephen Clancy and Allan Graham were appointed Joint Administrators of Anchor Bay Construction Products Limited (“the Company”) on 4 November 2019. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators who act as agents for the Company and without personal liability. They are licensed in the UK by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics. The Company is continuing to trade under control of the Joint Administrators.

Standard National Operators Licence - Along with a fully licenced, maintained and professionally managed national fleet, we also hold a Standard National Operators Licence for our London and South depot.  This means we can now offer a more comprehensive service to our customers in and around London by not only delivering our goods to them but, we can also pick up other peoples goods and transport them to another site of their choosing.  We can even store it for them too! cutting the costs of transporting and storing their products.

FORS Silver - At Anchor Bay we have our own fleet of fully maintained and professionally managed vehicles.  Our transport teams are trained to the highest standards.  Our London and South depot are FORS Silver and we do not rely on sub contractors for our deliveries to our customers or to help meet the FORS standard for us.  Many distributors are FORS associates, they commit to using FORS accredited suppliers but they are not FORS accredited themselves.  We are FORS Silver and ALL our vehicles are covered on all customer deliveries we make.  With the use of sub contractors you cannot be sure that FORS deliveries are being made to all delivery points with Anchor Bay you can.  Check out our certificate above or click the FORS link and search for us (filter bar) in the list.  https://www.fors-online.org.uk/cms/whos-on-board
